Hospitality Staff Training

The Pickled Cricket offers both seminar and workshop-based formats for basic hospitality training. The goal is to provide front-line staff with the basic effective tools for proper phone etiquette, body language, use of vocabulary, suggestive selling tips and how to's on addressing the disappointed/angry customer. This program is most effective when supported by a County Organization to coordinate time, location and participants, as this overcomes the "lack of time to plan for" limitation that challenge tourism businesses daily.

Affordable for all business sizes, a 30 minute consultation is provided upon your request , free of charge with 2 hour staff workshops available at $50 each session, that includes a follow up component for each attendee and business that participates. Our effectiveness is measured by your evaluation of the completed session and the results your business realizes from the impact your employees make on your future and returning guests, on the phone and in person.
